1. What are "ZFCredits"?

“ZFCredits” are exclusive to Mercedes-Benz customers with vehicles registered with Zung Fu (excluding parallel imported vehicles) and can be purchased during the first 6 months of car ownership (based on First Registration Date). “ZFCredits” can be used for redeeming aftersales services offered by Zung Fu, i.e. Vehicle Maintenance, Repair (except payment for insurance excess and parts depreciation), Body & Paint works, Car Beauty/ Grooming services, Car Accessories, Service Contracts, as well as Mercedes-Benz Collection items, at any Mercedes-Benz authorised service centres in Hong Kong. 

 

“ZFCredits” are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance. Customers are required to register for an account and the credits will be stored under the wallet. Customers can at any time login to view the balance. Credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on vehicles registered by the account holder. The vehicle redemption list is managed by matching vehicle(s) in the Zung Fu vehicle registration record which contains the same registered mobile number as the “ZFCredits” Account.

2. How to use / redeem "ZFCredits"?

“ZFCredits”

Customers can choose to settle payment with ZFCredits at the time of booking an appointment. The system will withhold the credits and add a voucher of the chosen service to the customer’s wallet. Upon completion of service at our Service Centre, an SMS will be sent to the customer to obtain authorisation for voucher deduction.

Customers can settle payment using “ZFCredits” via a representative without having to personally visit our workshop or mail cheques.

 

Service Vouchers

Upon successful payment, service voucher(s) will be added to the customer’s wallet.

The service voucher will be deducted from the customer’s wallet at the time of service completion at our Service Centre. To protect the interest of the customer, an SMS will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone requesting authorisation, after which payment is simply and conveniently settled.

3. How to create an account?

Only car owners registered with Zung Fu can sign up for a “ZFCredits” account. The car owner’s name, email address and mobile number are required for account registration. The mobile number used for registration must be the same as that provided during vehicle registration.

4. How to login?

We provide two ways for customers to easily login to their wallet – by one-time passcode or designated password.

For the login name, customers can use either their mobile number or email address to log in.

5. How to reset my password?

Customers who have forgotten their password can click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page and provide their email address to receive a link for password reset.

6. How to change my account particulars?

Customers can contact the Zung Fu Customer Relations team by phone at (852) 2504 6140 from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, or email cs@zungfu.com to modify their personal particulars. 

7. How to check my account balance?

After logging in, customers can click on “My Wallet” to view their “ZFCredits” balance and redemption history as well as service vouchers and discount coupons or click on “My Statements” to download the e-statements from the past 12 months.

8. How to update my vehicle list?

After logging in, customers can click on “My Vehicle(s)” to update their vehicle list.

The vehicles listed correspond to the Zung Fu vehicle registration record under the mobile number registered for the “ZFCredits” Account.

If you cannot find your vehicle on the list, please contact Zung Fu Customer Relations at (852) 2504 6140 from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, or email cs@zungfu.com. Listed vehicles can be removed from the “ZFCredits” account after login. 

9. What are the Terms and Conditions of ZFCredits?
  • ZFCredits can only be purchased by Mercedes-Benz owners registered with Zung Fu (excluding parallel imported vehicles).
  • “ZFCredits” can be used for redeeming aftersales services offered by Zung Fu, i.e. Vehicle Maintenance, Repair (except payment for insurance excess and parts depreciation), Body & Paint works, Car Beauty/ Grooming services, Car Accessories, Service Contracts, as well as Mercedes-Benz Collection items, at any Mercedes-Benz authorised service centres in Hong Kong.

  • All ZFCredits and coupons are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.
  • All ZFCredits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on vehicles registered by the Account holder, and cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
  • Zung Fu Company Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate any of the offers, other services and the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Zung Fu Company Limited shall be final and conclusive.
