Your participation by entering the “Mercedes-Benz 2020 Sedan Lucky Draw” (the “Lucky Draw”) constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.

1. | The Lucky Draw is conducted by Zung Fu Company Limited (“Zung Fu”). Employees of Zung Fu, Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited, and, their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Any enquiries concerning the Lucky Draw should be directed to Zung Fu’s Customer Relations Hotline at 2504 6140 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Monday to Friday). |
2. | The promotion will begin on 16 May 2020 12:01am and will end on 31 May 2020 11:59pm, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). It takes place at Mercedes-Benz Brand Centres. |
3. | The prize will be drawn randomly by customers (100 prizes in total), including
- HK$11,800 Service and Repair Voucher (10 prizes)
- HK$5,800 Service and Repair Voucher (40 prizes) - HK$2,800 Service and Repair Voucher (50 prizes) |
4. | To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participants must choose the selected stock Mercedes-Benz passenger car (selected stock car models: A220 Sedan/ C43 Sedan/ E200 Sedan/ S450 Sedan/ S560 Sedan/ B220) with payment or deposit made in one transaction during the promotion period successfully ("Eligible customers"). Eligible customers will enter the lucky draw automatically. Duplicate entries will be removed, one draw per person and win one prize only. |
5. | The participants need to retain the original receipt and present it during prize redemption. |
6. | Zung Fu will pass the prize to the winners instantly. |
7. | Zung Fu shall not be liable for any loss and damage, costs and expenses suffered, either directly or indirectly, by the winner due to his/her own failure to participate or abandonment in this connection. For the avoidance of doubt, Zung Fu shall not be responsible to provide the winner with any alternative arrangement. |
8. | Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items. |
9. | Zung Fu shall not in any way be liable for any other incidental costs, such as insurance, taxes, and other expenses of a personal nature are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. |
10. | The winner, by accepting the prize, acknowledges and accepts participation at his/her own risk. Zung Fu shall not be liable in any way to any person (whether by way of indemnity or contribution or otherwise) for any claim whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw whether for loss or damage of any nature and whether or not the same is caused by the act, omission or negligence of Zung Fu. |
11. | The end of the lucky draw announcement will be announced on The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 9 June 2020. |
12. | The corresponding terms and conditions of the prizes are printed on the vouchers. |
13. | Winners must redeem the prizes on or before the designated date stated on the vouchers, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The winner shall comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Event, which are printed on the prize vouchers. Zung Fu, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate a Participant's participation in the event at any point prior to the commencement if the Participant is considered to be acting in a manner which may endanger the safety of any persons or property. |
14. | In the event of any dispute, the decision of Zung Fu shall be final. |
15. | With your consent, all information submitted to Zung Fu will be used by Zung Fu internally for service improvement, and, to provide first hand product information, promotional material and invitations to events to customers. 16. | If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
